Autumn Elhew Encore, "Cass", is a product of our Gypsy, and Pal's Maverick. This pairing did not disappoint. At 9 months of age she handled sharptail and prairie chicken masterfully and shows equal prowess on ruffed grouse. They don't come any more athletic than this one - she is remarkably gaited, showing effortless motion, "drinking up" the rugged West Virginia grouse terrain with ease. Our hopes were high for this gal, and she has not disappointed. Given the talent she exhibits and the talent of her sire and dam, and with three lines to Elhew Mr. McGoo in four generations, from three different sources, with Cass, the future looks bright!
